ARTICLE 5. AMENDING the CONSTITUTION and BY-LAWS
These by-laws and constitution may be amended by presenting in writing the proposed changes at least
60 days before a vote is taken. The Church clerk shall attempt to notify all known membership
by mail of the proposed changes and date of vote to be taken. These changes may become effective
by a three-forths majority of those members present and voting.
